Joker F10
What if BMW Individual and BMW M took the F10 further, for one very particular owner?
An OEM+ grand tourer built around a forged N55 engine program, with a deliberately restrained purple, black and carbon theme.
Integrated, not added
Every change has to look like it belongs on a BMW Individual special-project F10. The standard isn't whether a part fits, but whether it improves the car and integrates with everything around it.
This is the car that started FiveSeriesHQ, so it's documented in enough detail that another enthusiast could understand every decision.
Reliability is the performance build
Instead of bolting a big turbo onto a marginal engine, the power target is treated as a complete engine program: forged rotating assembly, a ported head, a full timing refresh and an S55 oil system for sustained high load.
Fueling is E85 flex-fuel plus a custom direct-port methanol system with one nozzle per cylinder. Final numbers will be dyno-verified, not invented to fit a target.
A restrained Joker
No cartoon graphics, no logos everywhere. Purple, black and carbon carry the design, with green kept to a small accent. Inside, black and violet Alcantara with green stitching, and one deliberate exception: “HA HA HA” embroidered into the headliner.

Where the build stands
Progress by system, newest first. “Chosen” means picked, not bought yet; “designed” means drawn, not built yet.
Engine
PlanningForged N55 program with a ported head, timing refresh and S55 oil system. Final numbers will come from a dyno, not a target.
Updates will show up here as work on this part of the build starts.
